Privacy Policy

Account details you provide: name, email address, and billing information.

Your CRM account and business identifiers, provided when you connect a business account so we apply changes to the correct account.

OAuth tokens issued when you authorize the app, stored encrypted and scoped to the accounts you connect.

The schema and records the app creates on your behalf: objects, fields, relationships, drafts, and imported records.

Usage data: log entries, timestamps, and error reports generated while you use the app.

We use your data solely to provide the app's functionality: authenticating you, designing and building the models you approve, managing records, providing support, and processing payments.

We also monitor reliability and errors to keep the service working.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We do not use it for advertising or to train models.

We use a small number of service providers for hosting, error monitoring, and payment processing. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and receives only the minimum data required.

We request only the permissions needed to read your existing data structure and create the objects, fields, and records you approve.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Internal access is limited to staff who need it for support or operations.

We keep your model history while your account is active. When you disconnect an account or delete your Schema Studio account, we revoke stored tokens immediately and delete associated app data within 30 days.

Anything already created in your business account stays there and remains yours.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@miolera.com. We respond within 30 days.

If we make material changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
