1. Who we are

Schema Studio is a GoHighLevel marketplace application operated by Miolera (miolera.com). This policy explains what data the app processes and why.

2. Data we collect

• GoHighLevel account identifiers, including agency and location (sub-account) IDs, and basic contact details for the person who installs the app.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by GoHighLevel when you authorize the app.
• The schema and records the app creates on your behalf — custom object definitions, field definitions, relationships, and any records you import or manage through the console.
• Basic operational logs such as timestamps, request outcomes, and error details.

3. How we use it

We use this data solely to provide the app's functionality: recommending a data model, creating objects and fields in your GoHighLevel account, managing records, rendering the relationship graph, providing support, and billing your subscription. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties, except with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the service (for example hosting and database providers) and where required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as the app is installed. When you uninstall, OAuth tokens are revoked and app-side data is deleted within 30 days. Records and objects already created inside GoHighLevel remain in your CRM and are under your control.

6. Security

Tokens and customer data are encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to personnel who need it to operate or support the service.

7. Your choices

You can revoke the app's access at any time from GoHighLevel, and you can request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.
