Terms of Service

By installing or using Schema Studio you agree to these terms. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.

Schema Studio designs data models and, with your approval, creates the corresponding custom objects, fields, relationships, and records in the business accounts you connect from your CRM. It also provides a record management console with search and CSV import and export.

Plans are billed monthly in advance through your CRM's wallet billing. You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, and we give at least 30 days' notice before a price change.

Do not use Schema Studio to break the law, infringe others' rights, probe or overload our systems, or resell the service without a written agreement. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for having the right to connect each business account, and for reviewing every proposed model before approving it.

You own your data and anything Schema Studio builds in your business account. We process it only as described in our Privacy Policy.

Schema Studio depends on the CRM you connect. We are not responsible for outages, API changes, or policy changes made by that platform.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You may cancel or uninstall at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination we revoke access and delete app data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
